Sleep Well is a documentation of a disrupted summer in Charlottesville, VA. The season began with trips with family to the river, shooting fireworks, jumping from rope swings, flying kites, and ended with a KKK rally and the tragic events of August 12th. The video combines scenes filmed throughout the summer on my iPhone and repurposed text from the audio meditations that my son listens to at night to help him fall asleep. This video is silent.
